Service Description

These sessions are limited to 4 people to ensure you get the 1 to 1 guidance but in the group surrounding. The course is 6 weeks long, but for this round only I am opening up the option to book week by week. We will cover all major movement patterns along with learning correct skill and technique to lift heavy weights to build muscle, reduce body fat, and improve overall health and fitness. This course is designed for anyone who is interested in learning how to use weights, but feels too intimidated by larger group classes, or by the free weights section of a gym. If you are already able to lift weights but want to improve your form and have the confidence to start to progress your weight, this is perfect for you!
